If Your payments are returned or deemed non-deliverable over a six (6) month period, or We are consistently unable to contact You despite making reasonable attempts to do so, We may terminate Your account and retain any funds that remain in Your account with no further liability to You. Should We be required to terminate Your account under this Section 7.5(f), You agree and acknowledge that you forfeit any amounts You may have accrued in Your account as of the effective date of termination.
